Ode to the Magpie

I am smitten with magpies. I know they are despised by most people, but I'm fascinated by their crafty intelligence. I'm respectful of their punk attitude and survival skills. So many blue eyed juveniles in my yard recently, plotting their next assignment.

Necessary Water

I am fortunate to have an old timer for a neighbor named Warren McGee, who waters everything diligently. Even when it rains, he waters every evening with his hose and was pleased to let me capture the moment.
